Board Coaching
Your board is an essential leadership team for your organization. However, it’s made up of busy volunteers who are not present for the day-to-day operations. I help your board become the cohesive, aligned team your organization needs. I can also help them plan, set priorities, develop a road map for sustainability or succession, or address any concerns about the organization’s performance.
